QED109364 For the Provision of Trade and Hardware Supplies

The Department of Education is seeking Suppliers to submit an offer for the provision of Trade and Hardware Supplies

The SOA is based on a “whole of catalogue” basis, and all products in the Supplier’s catalogue may be supplied under the SOA, with the exception of items noted as “out-of-scope”.

1. The SOA is established to supply Goods and/or Services to Customers located across all Regions of Queensland;
2. The Supplier must have the ability to supply all eligible Customers within their nominated regions of supply; and
3. The SOA for Trade and Hardware Supplies is for non-mandatory use by DoE schools and the Catholic and Independent schooling sectors. Other eligible Customers may also choose to utilise the SOA if suitable for their needs.

The following Goods and/or Services that may be part of the Suppliers product range are out-of-scope for this SOA:

1. Cleaning equipment, chemicals and consumables; and
2. Industrial machinery.

Please note, the Supplier must use the Part C - ITO Response Schedules to respond, including all Attachment. Other formats will not be accepted.
