Description
UGL Services, on behalf of the Australian Taxation Office, seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of 14,000m2 of quality office accommodation for lease to be located in Dandenong, Vic and delivered by October 2015.
The accommodation is required to be a minimum PCA A grade and a minimum 4.5 Star NABERS Energy Rating and if building or construction activities will be undertaken by the respondent then The National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, in conjunction with the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines for the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, August 2009, apply to this project.
