Customer Service / Supplementary CCEP PMO - TELCO/Con_8203

To deliver the Critical Communication Enhancement Program (CCEP), the NSW Telecommunications Authority (the Principal) continues to evolve its long-term core capabilities. The Principal will continue to require services from third party organisations to provide subject matter and project management expertise and additional resourcing for the volume of work related to CCEP. Changes to the current delivery model are required due to an uplift in the Principal's internal capability. Key goals for this procurement are: . the engagement of a Delivery Management Services Provider with strong telecommunications construction and project management expertise to be accountable for the delivery of the post-SAED functions of the CCEP . provide a strong project management focus on outcomes necessary to exceed the project schedule baseline . provide the Principal with Flex required to manage new initiatives . support and work with the Principal's internal teams with project management capabilities The scope of services reflects current and future workstreams. Potential future scope may include additional CCEP projects and additional Principal projects
