The Project Manager will act as the client-side lead, responsible for end-to-end project coordination, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, delivery planning, risk oversight, and reporting. They will work closely with internal teams—including ICT, business units, cyber security, procurement, and executive leadership—as well as the selected Salesforce implementation partner to ensure the CRM solution is delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards. The scope of services to be delivered includes: Development and maintenance of project planning artefacts (e.g. PoA&M, WBS, sprint plans)Oversight of vendor deliverables and implementation timelinesFacilitation of Agile/hybrid delivery processesCoordination of stakeholder engagement, governance reporting, and readiness activitiesManagement of risks, issues, dependencies, and project documentationSupport for procurement activities, onboarding, and transition to business-as-usual.
