Description of the goods and services to be provided
Develop business cases and commercialisation plans for USP products (Plans) including the following: Evaluate the existing traditional soil ameliorants (e.g. Lime, gypsum) available and analyse customer needs and desirability of proposed USP products. The analyses should draw on evidence from Industry including feedback from end-users e.g. grain growersBuild upon existing technical Develop criteria for the USP product development pipeline and propose stop/go gate steps which will aid the progression of concepts from laboratory through to commercialisationEvaluate and report on the current pipeline of concepts for product for technology readiness and feasibility in a commercial context including manufacture (Report)Complete a detailed analysis (and relevant searches e.g. patent) of competitors and competitor products, including traditional and novel soil ameliorant products.Evaluate and report on the financial viability of USP products to a commercial partner and end-user.Propose an IP protection strategy for USP products.Evaluate and report on key commercialisation risks and mitigations.
