RP94137 Mental Health Step Up Step Downs (THHS)

The Townsville Hospital and Health Service is seeking Proposals for RP94137 Mental Health Step Up Step Down.

Services required include the provision of contemporary non-clinical psychosocial rehabilitation services in the home, which will ensure people with a severe and persistent mental illness or disorder aged 17 years or older are provided for in the program.

Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:

• The non-clinical support for Clients is for persons in a crisis situation. This will be in their own residential accommodation.
• Offers an opportunity for Clients to learn or re-learn living skills to potentiate their capabilities and develop the skills they need to live independently.
• Development and implementation of a recovery model and strengths-based approach Program located at the Clients residence, which will include further development of the existing Program.
• The SUSDS will be provided in minimum block periods of 6 weeks, with further periods approved on a case by case basis.
