MCMG Project - Stage 2 Civil Works

3. Work To Be Done By the Contractor

The work to be done by the Contractor includes but is not limited to the following:
• site establishment
• civil works
o site clearing/levelling
o setting out
o trenching and backfilling for the installation of the new earth grid (Refer to separate specification for earthing installation)
o preparation and installation of a new reinforced concrete slab forming the unit foundations
o extension of the existing services trench including concrete lids and drainage pit
• earthing installation works
o extension of the existing buried earth grid to service Stage 2 of the Project
• Site demobilisation and clean-up

The above Scope of Works are further defined and detailed in the specifications and Contract Drawings included in Section D.
