Description
The PTA requires services to design the PTOCC Stage 3 fit-out works. The design deliverables to be provided are summarised below: All building works including high-level building services, ceilings, partitions and wall finishes: Deliverable 1: Concept Design (to be used to procure a D&C Contractor for Level 2); andDeliverable 2: Reference Design (to be used to procure D&C Contractors for Levels 1 & 3).
