Engagement of an Independent Certifier is a requirement under the executed Agreement for Lease (AFL) on the new Sydney Fish Market Site. This consultant will be responsible for fulfilling all the Obligations outlined in the Independent Certifier Deed within the AFL. Under the AFL, the Independent Certifier is to be jointly appointed by the Landlord (INSW) and the Tenant (SFM).
