Elanora State School Refurbishment & Demolition (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of Block L, refurbishment of the area to the rear of Block L into an Outdoor Learning Area, and demolition of 3no. modular buildings, at Elanora SS, K P McGrath Dr, Elanora QLD 4221, as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement Program (SIEP).

The project includes full refurbishment of Block L, full refurbishment of the area to the rear of Block L into an Outdoor Learning Area, and demolition of 3no. modular buildings namely Modular E, H and I. All works are to be completed by 17 January 2020.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
