Enhancing and evaluating the Shift app for NSW’s junior doctors and development of a new credentialed short course in mental health and resilience training for healthcare workers Activity aims and objectives: • Maximise the benefits from the Shift app which support JMO mental health and wellbeing by; Investigating and developing a plan for enhancements to the app taking account of user feedback and lessons learned since launch including new content Evaluate the longer-term effectiveness of the app in reducing depression and improving early help amongst JMOs.
