Bradfield City Centre (Stage 1) Construction Project Management Service - WPCA000328

The scope of this RFT covers pre-construction related project management services and superintendent services once construction has commenced. WPCA is proposing to appoint a single civil contractor to complete the following construction activities: •Stage 1 of the Bradfield City Centre civil infrastructure which includes the construction of approximately 4km of roads and associated utility infrastructure (see below figure). The roads are proposed to be dedicated to Liverpool City Council as local roads and Transport for NSW as State Roads. This could be completed in up to five separate construction stages. •Construction of the first stage of Regional Stormwater Infrastructure basins, including the realignment of Moore Gully. These works are proposed to be completed in one construction contract. The construction works will include all required utility services for the superlots within the Stage 1 precinct.
