Global Integration Technology Pty Ltd (Glintech) provides Atlassian cloud licenses and service to NSW Treasury, which includes Zephyr for Jira, Confluence, Jira and Atlassian Access. The agreement is 12 months from 6/7//2021 to 15/7/2022, at the cost of $32,965.37 incl GST. There are four variations occur during the contract period, thus the total contract value for the engagement is $285,864.25 incl GST till 15/7/2025. • Variation 1: Extended the contract for 12 months till 15/7/2023, at the cost of $40,588.52 incl GST. • Variation 2: Extended the contract for 12 months till 15/7/2024, also upgraded Jira Software (Cloud) from Standard to Premium and additional users’ licenses for associated services, at the cost of $70,771.04 incl GST. • Variation 3: Upgrade to advanced roadmap jumpstart package and software upgrade during the contract period, at the cost of $28,646.06 incl GST. • Variation 4: Extended the contract for 12 months till 15/7/2025, Also varying the scope by including 5 days to assist with Atlassian Jira and Confluence Configuration/optimisation tasks, and additional users’ licenses for associated services,at the cost of $112,894.36 incl GST. • Variation 5: Jira Service Management (Cloud) Premium 3 Agents licence services at the cost of $1691.09 (Incl GST)
