Restoration of Fire Damaged Soil Laboratory in Cluden, Townsville

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the restoration of a fire damaged soil laboratory building in Cluden, Townsville.

The scope of works includes, but is not limited to:

• Replace fire damaged building components.
• Removal and replacement of existing roof.
• Replacement of fire damaged components relating to building services i.e. mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulics, data, security and some laboratory test equipment.
• Approvals and final certification for the project works.

Please note that there is a minimum requirement for a Certificate of Pre-Qualification rating of Level 1 or above. If the awarded contract meets the criteria under the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017, a Project Bank Account will be required.

A mandatory site visit on Monday, 11 June 2018 is part of the requirement for submission of tenders. Registration for the site visit must be completed by 12:00 noon on Friday, 8 June 2018 by email to [email hidden]
