GEO23-0073 Demolition Works at Mount Morgan Mine Site and Calliope Conservation Park.

There are two projects to this tender:

Project A Demolition works at the Mount Morgan Mine Site, Mount Morgan

Project B Demolition of two dwellings in Calliope Conservation Park

Tenderers may tender for works at both sites or just one.

Mount Morgan Mine Site Project

This Invitation to Tender has a mandatory site visit for the Mount Morgan demolition works on Tuesday, 10 January 2023.

Tenderers will meet at: Mount Morgan Mine Site, 1 Mine Road, Mount Morgan Qld 4714 at 9.30am.

Two (2) representatives per company allowed to attend.

The Customer does not give any warranty as to the condition of the site or anything located at the site.

Please register for the site visits via email no later than midday, 23 December 2022 via: [email hidden] quoting GEO-023/0073 Mount Morgan.

Registration details required are: company name; name and contact number of attendee/s.

Dwellings in Calliope Conservation Park

There will be a mandatory site visit for the Calliope demolition work on:

Tuesday, 10 January 2023.

Two (2) representatives per company allowed to attend.

The Customer does not give any warranty as to the condition of the site or anything located at the site.

Tenderers will meet at: the junction of Calliope River Road and Spring Valley Road approx., 3 km south of Yarwun at 2.30pm.
