Energy Policy WA is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced evaluation consultant to undertake a mid-term evaluation of the Energy Ahead program. The Customer requires one combined Process and Early Impact Evaluation of the program?s efficiency, effectiveness and appropriateness which is outlined further below and in section 1.10 and Schedule 1
