Description
The Director of Housing is seeking Tenders for the provision of landscaping services by head contractors for the property portfolio of 11,050 properties in Northern and Southern Tasmania.
The Tender is for a range of landscaping works including tenant reported landscaping requirements, vacant land maintenance and routine maintenance.
The contract for the provision of landscaping services will commence on 1 July 2013 and expire on 30 June 2018. The contract will contain a provision to extend the contract beyond the initial five year term for a further three years.
