The services of a suitably qualified consultant is being sought to conduct a strategic review of the allocation of equity across the portfolio of State-owned electricity businesses and determine a minimum-to-maximum capital structure ‘range’ for each business in the light of economic, industry and specific business factors while having regard to the State’s strategic ownership objectives.
