Environmental Assessments Panel

The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation is seeking to establish a panel arrangement of appropriately qualified and experienced consultants to assist in environmental assessment processes by providing various environmental impacts assessments and compliance services as well as general environmental and economic advice. The contract will consist of the following Service categories:

• Category A – Environmental Impact Assessment Consultancy Services:
• Category B – Environmental Advisory Consultancy Services
• Category C – Environmental Compliance and Assurance Consultancy Services
• Category D – Economic Advisory Consultancy Services

Respondents may submit an Offer applying to form part of the Panel Arrangement for either one or multiple categories.

The Contract Authority reserves the right to stagger the award of the Contract.

The Contract Authority anticipates that a Panel of Contractors will be appointed for each category. The Contract Authority reserves the right to appoint one or multiple Contractors for each category. The number of Contractors appointed is at the sole discretion of the Contract Authority. The resultant Head Agreement will operate as a Standing Offer with Orders (Customer Contracts) placed on an ‘as required’ basis during the term of the Head Agreement.
