Panel Arrangement for Grants Consultancy Services

Lotterywest is seeking to establish a Panel arrangement for the provision of a range of consultancy services to inform its approach to grant making and social impact. In establishing the Panel, Lotterywest is seeking to build long-term value-adding relationships that deliver benefits through acquired knowledge of Lotterywest’s needs, challenges and opportunities over time.

Lotterywest is seeking offers from highly qualified Respondents to establish a Panel of providers with demonstrated experience and capability in providing a range of consultancy services including stakeholder consultation, research and analysis, reviews, evaluations, and strategy, program and process design. Respondents are invited to offer proposed services for one or more or all of the five (5) service categories.

The successful Respondent(s) will have an exceptional understanding of the different groups and sectors that Lotterywest is engaged with including:

• community beneficiaries/users (e.g. individuals, families and communities who access a service, program or activity that is supported by a Lotterywest grant)
• community organisations (including not for profits and community groups) and local government who may be existing or potential grant recipients;
• government agencies (state and federal);
• philanthropic and corporate organisations providing community funding.

The successful Respondent(s) will also be able to:

• engage and work alongside identified groups including but not limited to Aboriginal, Culturally and Linguistically Diverse and LGBTQI+; and
• respond to requirements within short timeframes.
