Description
The SA Housing Authority is seeking to appoint a supplier for the provision of a new consolidated Housing Advice, Advocacy and Engagement Service. The new service will comprise the following two key components:
- Advice and Advocacy - a central point of contact (one-stop shop) for people seeking information, advice and about housing; and
- Engagement: Lived experience participation - this component will bring together people with lived experience of housing challenges to collaborate, advocate and provide real life input and improvements in homelessness and housing reforms that the Authority is involved in over the next few years.
