Description
A service provider is required to deliver specific group programs for defendants undertaking an intervention program to address substance dependence related offending. The defendants are referred from the Treatment Intervention Court, in the Magistrates Court, and their participation is supervised by case managers in the Intervention Programs Branch of the Court Services Division.
