Description
The Barossa Regional Procurement Group, consisting of the Town of Gawler, Mid Murray Council, District Council of Mallala, The Barossa Council and Light Regional Council (the Councils) invites tenders from suitably experienced Tenderers for the Provision of Cleaning Services 2016-2021 (the Services). The five (5) Councils will enter into individual Contracts for Services with the successful Tenderer.
The term of the contract will be for a term of two (2) years with a three (3) year extension option made available at the sole discretion of the Barossa Regional Procurement Group of Councils. At the end of the two (2) year term, the Councils will assess the performance of the Contractor and make recommendations to either re-tender or extend the Contract for a further term.
Contractors are required to manage and delivery cleaning services, ensuring that the whole of premises, including surrounds, furnishings, fixtures and fitings present a thoroughly clean appearance to staff, visitors and the general public at all times.
