Booby Island Lighthouse Repaint and Repairs

The ATM seeks a single Service Provider with the capability and experience to manage and undertake the following works to the Booby Island Lighthouse:

•repaint of internal and external surfaces;

•repair of any heavily corroded steel;

•repair of any rotten or damaged timber;

•removal of asbestos;

•repair of the cracked/subsided concrete floor;

•replacement of the entrance porch roof;

•inspection of the lantern room sill plate;

•replacement of the lantern room sill plate (if required);

•replacement of the lantern room glazing;

•repair/replacement of the balcony membrane;

•repair/replacement of damaged balcony handrail and stanchions;

•establishment of a temporary AtoN; and

•reinstatement of the Aid to Navigation (AtoN) equipment and power supply
