The Army Aboriginal Community Assistance Program (AACAP) is an Australian Government initiative established between the Commonwealth Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA) and the Army. As part of the AACAP 2011 project, Water and Waste Water upgrade works are to be delivered in 2012 to the remote community of Joy Springs, Fitzroy Valley, WA.
