The consultant is required to design and prepare a qualitative survey in question/discussion format in order to explore and determine attitudes and opinions on water trading and water market development in the South East of South Australia. The consultant will undertake face-to-face interviews (in person), collate and analyse the information collected and produce a report by Friday 5 July 2002 that outlines the results of the survey.
