Recruitment Services

DFAT invites tenders for the provision of a comprehensive recruitment assistance service for an initial contract period of three years, with two 12 month extension options.

The recruitment services provided by the successful Tenderer will include:

·Electronic recruitment services;

·Comprehensive administrative support for recruitment and promotion rounds;

·Provision of high quality scribing services;

·Management of a register of non-ongoing employees; and

·Management of merit-based selection and on-boarding services for selected recruitment processes, including for non-ongoing staff for the Australian Passport Office.

The successful Tenderer will have a detailed understanding of Australian Public Service values, guidelines and legal requirements relevant to recruitment and an ability to implement these effectively.
