Description
The Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) seeks to engage suitably qualified organisations to provide Employee Assistance Program services to DIAC employees and their family members.
The successful Tenderer must be able to provide services to approximately 7,000 DIAC employees and their family members, both in Australia and overseas, on an “as required” basis, for a two (2) year period, commencing on 1 July 2011.
The services fall within three (3) broad categories:
(a) work related assistance and counselling (for DIAC managers and employees);
(b) personal assistance and counselling (for DIAC employees and their family members); and
(c)the provision of training and information sessions for DIAC employees and managers on a range of work and non-work related topics.
