Offset Printing Services - Maps and Charts

The Defence Imagery and Geospatial Organisation (DIGO) is seeking to enhance its printing capability through the replacement of its existing in-house offset printing facility with a combination of contracted commercial offset printing services and rapid response print-on-demand technology. This Request for Tender seeks to establish a panel of commercial printers capable of printing lithographed topographic, hydrographic, and aeronautical maps and charts. Maps and charts will specify between 3 and 10 colours and will be printed on a variety of media/stock. Copies of the RFT documentation, which provide detailed information regarding DIGO’s print specifications, may be obtained by faxing a request to the contact officer on [phone hidden]. Requests must include Company name, contact details and an email address to which the RFT documentation is to be forwarded. The closing date and time for submission is 12 Noon AESST, Friday 24 March 2006 at the location nominated in the RFT documentation.
