Provision of System Integrator Services for the Design, Implementation, Integration and Support of an Enterprise Document and Records Management System

The Department of Primary Industry and Regional Development (DPIRD) is seeking a Systems Integrator to implement and support a single hosted end-to-end integrated Enterprise Document and Record Management System (EDMRS). This Contract will combine DPIRD’s data and records from its existing three EDRMS systems, under one common knowledge management capability that adheres to the required legislation and standards for managing government records, including standards set by the WA State Records Office.

DPIRD is not prescriptive about what EDRMS solution it will adopt. Rather, DPIRD is seeking to select a best fit System Integrator who can understand DPIRD’s requirements, recommend the most appropriate product in the market to meet those needs and work in partnership with DPIRD to successfully implement and support DPIRD's ongoing EDRMS capability.
