Description
The work on this historic heritage listed building consists of external conservation and internal refurbishment. The external works consist of masonry repair, repointing, stablisation, consolidation and cleaning, paint stripping, repainting, paving and carpentry and joinery and recarpeting. Upgrade to building services civil, mechanical, electrical, electrical and hydraulic services. Tenders will only be considered from tenderers who are DAIS Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 4 at the time of tender close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted and tenderers shall note a value selection process applies on this tender.
