Request for Tender for the provision of Mailing Services for the Office of Hearing Services

The Office of Hearing Services is seeking an organisation to provide all the Office`s bulk mailing services. This includes:
Printing, collating and dispatching all articles required for three regular weekly mail merge letters and attachments;
Printing various four colour letter head shells required to produce the mail merge letters and attachments;
Printing, collating and dispatching all articles required for irregular mail merge letters and attachments;
Printing, collating and dispatching a variety of other letters;
Printing the Office’s DLX envelopes and Bank reply paid envelopes; and
Providing administrative support eg regular stock takes, for these processes.
