Description

The Government of South Australia?s Port Adelaide Maritime Corporation is responsible for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the ship building facilities (Common User Facility) at Techport Australia, Osborne South Australia to support the Royal Australian Navy Air Warfare Destroyer program, including a Shiplift and Transfer System and associated equipment.

PAMC will appoint a contractor (?CUF Contractor?) for the design and construction of the overall Common User Facility including the civil works associated with the Shiplift and Transfer System.It is intended to appoint the CUF Contractor to project manage and superintend the tender and delivery of this contract.

PAMC invites suitably qualified companies or consortiums to submit an Expression of Interest for the design, supply, installation and commission of the shiplift and transfer system for this project.

This is the first phase of a two-phase selection process from which PAMC intends to invite short-listed applicants to tender for the project.
