eCourier Redevelopment

Description
The eCourier Redevelopment project involves the development and implementation of a secure, electronic web-based document workflow system for managing Ministerials across Government that fulfils the needs of the Ministers' Offices and agencies.
The current system is reliant upon a specific messaging technology and this redevelopment is to provide a "messaging technology independent" solution whilst utilising industry standard interfaces to the South Australian Government Electronic Messaging Service (SAGEMS).
The desired outcome of the redevelopment of eCourier is to continue to provide a relevant, integrated, secure and auditable electronic document workflow facility for the SA Government. In this context it is envisaged that the following will occur:
- Maintain and improve functionality
- Clean, transparent and easy to use web based interface
- Deployment of the new system within the current SA Government ICT environment.
