Upgrade of Main Goods Lift
Art Gallery of WA
Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of the Art Gallery of WA are seeking tenders from suitably qualified registered builders to undertake the Upgrade of the Main Goods Lift at the Art Gallery of WA, Northbridge, in accordance with the plans and specifications.
Tenderers will need to register for documents with Trevor Edwards via email [email hidden] no later than 4.00pm Friday 1 June 2012
Documents will available for pickup from 9.00am Wednesday 6 June 2012 from the Art Gallery of WA, 47 James Street, Perth WA 6000 (enter via Roe Street Security)
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 9.00am on Friday 8 June 2012, meeting at the Roe Street Security Entrance of the Art Gallery of WA.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenderers shall submit in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope to the below address.

21 Mounts Bay Road, Perth WA 6000.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
