Provision of Annual Customer Satisfaction SurveyAs part of its commitment to delivering excellent customer service to the people of Western Australia, The Metropolitan Cemeteries Board undertakes an annual customer satisfaction survey to monitor ongoing performance and for the purpose of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting. The MCB is seeking to appoint a qualified market research provider for a market research “package” that will deliver this survey and analysis of results within the required timeframes. .
