Description
SA Water invites tenders from suitable suppliers for the production and distribution of its pre-printed accounts.
SA Water has an ongoing operational requirement for the production and distribution of approximately 3.1 million pre-printed accounts each year. These accounts include water and sewer rate accounts, water and sewer rate final notices, mains contribution accounts and mains contribution final notices.
SA Water has a renewed focus on moving to electronic billing and volumes of printed accounts are expected to diminish over the course of this contract. SA Water’s customer portal is expected to go live in June 2017 and an annual take up of electronic bills is estimated to be 5%.
Integral to this contract is SA Water’s CSIS (Customer Services Information System) application which performs the core Billing, Recovery, Metering, Customer and Property and Conveyancing functions.
