Details
Description
DESCRIPTION
The Australian and South Australian Governments have announced $231 million in funding towards the removal of the level crossings at Torrens Road, Ovingham.
On behalf of the State Government, the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) is responsible for delivering the Project, and has determined that an Alliancing contracting framework is the most appropriate model to deliver this Project.
To select a suitably experienced and qualified Consortium to work with DPTI to deliver the Project, DPTI will be conducting a three-stage procurement process as follows:
- Registration of Interest (ROI) phase;
- Request for Proposal (RFP) phase; and
- Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) / Target Outturn Cost (TOC) development phase.
This SA Tenders Notice is for Stage 1 (ROI) only.

Companies must respond to the ROI attached with this Notice and execute the Deed of Confidentiality to receive further project information. Instruction on how to respond are provided in the ROI document.
