MORIALTA PRECEINCT REDEVELOPMENT MINOR CIVIL & BUILDING WORKS

The Morialta Precinct Redevelopment project comprises the installation of new and the upgrade of existing facilities within the Morialta Conservation Park. Typical works include landscaping, track & boardwalk construction, carparks, drainage and construction of new toilet facilities. Registrations of Interest are invited from suitably qualified contractors to provide minor civil and /or building construction services for the Morialta Precinct Redevelopment project. Selected registrants will be invited to tender for these works in December 2000. Construction activities are scheduled to commence by early 2001. The main construction activities may be let in a single package with approximate value less than $1M or separate civil and building packages.
