Description
Work consists of the construction of a 1481m2 building on screw pile footing, with precast concrete walls, mezzanine floor with tiered seating, plasterboard lining on metal frame hinged and sliding walls, partitions, stage with modular forestage, aluminium windows, steel deck roof, reverse cycle air conditioning, electrical and sound installation and some siteworks. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 2 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
