Gippsland Water Factory Replacement Screens

Description:

The inlet works at the Gippsland Water Factory utilizes a set of primary screens (12MR01 & 12MR02) to remove large objects such as rags and plastics that would otherwise cause significant operational and maintenance problems with downstream processes. The equipment comprises of x2 off 5mm Hydro-Dyne Engineering Hydro-Flo HF 32-49-139-5P aperture band screens, to initially screen the raw sewage, where collected materials are transferred via a common launder (gravity) to the screenings screw press. As part of upgrade works, Gippsland Water invites proposals to Design and Supply of x2 off Band Screens (Centre-Flo) to Gippsland Water Factory located in Morwell. The successful tenderer will be required to provide assistance to Gippsland Water Contractor during Installation and Commissioning of screens.

Procurement Methodology: Design, Supply, Oversee Installation and Commission.

Gippsland Water invites proposals from tenderers who have experience and proven track record in screening solutions.
