Description
The Western Australia (WA) Police Alcohol and Drug Policy Unit require a consultant to develop an evaluation framework for the Early Intervention Pilot Program (EIPP). The EIPP is a Federal Government initiative designed to reduce the harm associated with binge drinking amongst teenagers. The evaluation will assess the progress and effectiveness of the EIPP regarding current reporting protocols and referrals. This will determine achievements under the mandate of the intended program and lend itself to future funding and alcohol harm reduction initiatives undertaken by WA Police.
The project will also assess the feasibility within the framework of determining cost effectiveness of alcohol harm and supply reduction interventions, with a view on how to enhance the current practices.
