Request for Quote RTCNS 50/19 Installation of Concrete Kerbing for Loridan Drive/View Street Intersection Upgrades and Stratford Connection Road Pedestrian Crossing and Refuge project
The Department of Transport and Main Roads invites offers for the provision of Concrete Kerbing works as specified in Section 1 - Requirements.
This Request for Quote (RFQ) process will be governed by the TMR Short Form Conditions of Offer contained in Section 2 – Conditions of Offer.
Any contract arising from this RFQ process will be governed by the TMR Short Form Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions contained in Section 3.
It is a requirement of the RFQ that the response form be completed and submitted to the Department of Transport and Main Roads by the date and time specified in Section 1 - Requirements.
The response form contained in Section 4 – Supplier Response has been included to assist suppliers to respond to the RFQ.
