Kingston State College Flexispace

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new Flexispace at Kingston State College located at 62-84 Bega Road Kingston, QLD 4114.

The scope involves refurbishing an existing GLA and external courtyard in H Block to provide a Flexispace. Works are to commence 28^th June 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 Million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
