Park Ridge State High School Amenities Upgrade (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Amenites Upgrade located at Park Ridge State High School at 14-30 Lancewood Street, Park Ridge Qld 4125.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that hold the appropriate QBCC builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works, including design responsibilities.

To be eligible, Contractors must hold:
• Current QBCC licence class: Builder – Low Rise, or greater;
• Public Liability insurance to $20M
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to minimum $1m
• Work Cover insurance
