EOI - Programmer, Project Manager and Principal's Representative; Caboolture Hospital Redevelopment

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are sought from companies with the appropriate skills, experience and expertise to undertake the roles of Project Manager, Programmer and Principal’s Representative (PMPPR) for the delivery of the Caboolture Hospital Redevelopment Project (CHRP).

Responses to this EOI will be assessed for the purpose of establishing a select tender list. Following identification of a select tender list, Metro North Hospital and Health Service (Metro North) intends to undertake a full Invitation to Tender (ITO) process with those selected companies. Metro North is proposing to engage the PMPPR through AS4122 and Special Conditions of Contract.

The scope of the CHRP broadly includes a new four storey Clinical Services building (with a fifth floor to be provided for plant) as well as refurbishment and expansion for some areas within the existing hospital and a multi-storey carpark.

Metro North intends to select a single consultant for the provision of the PMPPR service however as a minimum it is expected that the Principal’s Representative will be a separate individual to the programmer and project manager.
The PMPRR will remain engaged with Metro North for the entirety of the CHRP project (subject to performance).
