The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for 87195DC1 - 23 - 31 Adler Circuit, Yarrabilba, Design and Construct Fire and Rescue Station
Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC system for that PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.

Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include but not limited to:
1. PQC Level 3
2. Trade licence required
3. Relevant Insurances required

PQC Eligibility Criteria: All the below are mandatory to be able to apply for this tender;

• Minimum PQC Level 3 required
• Procurement system contract category: - Design and Construction Management (Lump Sum)
• Management systems: AS/NZS ISO 9001
• Service category:- New Construction Work / Addition
• Service activity:- General Building:Med - incorporating trades and construction techniques not commonly encountered, generally between $2000-$3000/m2 (eg a police station)
• Project Type:- Authorities - Fire stations
• Project environment:- Low - on a greenfield site
