Description
The Townsville Hospital and Health Service Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services (BEMS) department wishes to invite tenders from suitable qualified and experienced contractors for the demolition of two existing buildings at Richmond Hospital. They are:
- Community Resource building
- DON’s Residence
Contactors with PQC level 2 accreditation highly preferred however not mandatory.
Site Inspection: A site inspection has been allocated for 10.30am on Wednesday 3rd August, 2016. Interested parties MUST register their interest to attend by no later than 1600 hours on Wednesday 27th July 2016. Further instructions on how to register is supplied in the attached Invitation to Tender document.
