Description

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Resurfacing of existing Car Parks at Merrimac SHS & Robina SHS, located at Dunlop Court, Mermaid Waters, QLD, 4218 and 1 Investigator Drive, Robina, QLD, 4226, respectively, as part of the Targeted Maintenance (TARGETED) program.

The scope of the project is to extend existing carparks and resurface existing asphalt, including line marking, wheel stops & bollards, and installation of double gate fencing. All works are to be completed by May 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

  • Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M
