Enterprise Portfolio Management Tool - Production Deployment

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) concurrently manages over 200 active capital and operational projects across the organisation. These projects vary in scale and complexity, from small, straightforward initiatives to large-scale infrastructure projects like METRONET. Over time, various portfolio management approaches have emerged across different business areas, leading to inconsistent practices in scheduling, reporting, financial management, and governance. An Enterprise Portfolio Management Tool (EPMT) has been identified as a solution to address the current inefficiencies in program and project management. This tool is expected to deliver real-time project information to the Executive team, Portfolio/Program Management, Project Managers, and support project governance activities. The PTA seeks the expertise of a third-party vendor to respond with a proposal including the design, configuration, implementation and documentation of the preferred product, into Development, non-Production and Production environments
